If you’re like me, it’s not always easy to get started working out or consistently eating right and taking supplements. I’m learning consistency is key not only in fitness but everything we do!
My fit tips are simple:1: start with a detox. You don’t have to spend a lot of money on a detox system. I have a tip that helped me save a ton of money and got rid of my parasites, I didn’t know I had.
A Healthy diet helps alkalize the body and restore all the missing nutrients.
There's nothing wrong with indulging on cheat day, otherwise what's the purpose?. However, I find that some cheat days I opt. for still a healthier version of decadence.
3: Remember water, water, water. Increase your water intake at least 64 oz a day. Our bodies are made of about 76% water 💧 that’s more than half of everything else we operate off, which means we cannot operate properly without it. Stay away from water that is like tap water, which could do more harm than good.
4: work out in cute, bright, colorful clothing or all black fitness wear! Tops with sassy sayings are very motivational as it relates to you!
5: Meditate, pray, listen to music, say affirmations over hypnosis music, listen to gospel sermon. whatever you need to do to create serenity, peace, and balance in your life. a walk on a quiet park trail, a prayer closet or room.
