Motivation: Out with the Old 


this is what I workout in along add some black fitness leggings and black yoga pant. That's it smh. :(

Things to motivate me?
 A photo or photos of a body or shape I want on my fitness area wall or in my bedroom/bathroom or wherever I need to be able to see it. 

Of course, cute fitness 💪 clothes motivate me to look and feel great in them. Which brings me to this post. if your workout gear is making you slack, then go out and by a new one.cute bright, bold prints, and or all black can help you look great at the gym.

Studies show that what you wear effects your mood. hence why a cute gym outfit can motivate you... also prints on top or bottom can accentuate that body part. if you want your breast to appear larger or proportionate to a larger bottom or your lower body to look smaller wear solid bottoms and a printed top.
