I Love food

Hey everyone! It's your girl Beauti N' Success. It's been a while since I've done a food blog even though I post food and meal prep on snap and IG they seem to get a lot of likes and DMs. So I say WTH why not do more blogs!


 If you're anything like me and you love to eat. But you want to know exactly what ingredients are in your food. You know the only way to know this is to cook it yourself. I know it's summer and sandwiches and salads are all the rave. I actually made this in the Spring however, this particular pasta recipe  is light and healthy. 


Chicken Parmesan with Zucchini and cheesy garlic bread
Ok, let's get started Chicken Parmesan. It is yummy and healthy minus the cheese 
Ingredients:
1lb Organic grain fed, hormone free chicken cutlets
-1pk Whole wheat gluten-free pasta made with quinoa and brown rice
1-2 jars of Organic Marinara  
1 can of Hunts non-GMO crushed tomatoes and 1 can of the tomato paste
1-2 Organic Zucchini
1 carton of fresh Organic baby Portabella
 Olive Oil cold pressed preferred
 1 ball of fresh Mozzarella, Provolone, and parmesan cheese.

Homemade Calamari

This is Calamari on the side coated in an egg, flour, water, batter with salt & pepper fried to a golden brown finish!
